Absolutely. The fitness world is ever changing. What is the standard today will not remain the same. Trainers must stay current with those changes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was inspired by the show "the biggest loser". It became my desire to change lives like the ones on the show.

Weightloss, body transformation, pre basic military training.
