Chris Warren is an outstanding trainer. He is very knowledgeable about the body, and really takes the time to understand your goals, and what you need to do to attain 6 those goals. He also goes over your diet according to your body type, and will give you a weekly diet plan. He is by far one of the most outstanding trainers in las vegas. I highly recommend him if you are trying to see change fast!

Chris is an amazing trainer. He's nice, motivating and fun to train with. We're always laughing while I die working out. He definitely kicks my butt every session and the results show. I totally recommend him. He's shaping me up!

Chris is an amazing personal trainer! He's always helpful at offering advice for both wellness and nutrition. He helps keep me on track, and keeps my training varied so it never gets boring. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

Chris is a great trainer!! He's extremely motivating and pushes me to work hard. The workouts are fun and effective. He explains how to workout properly and demonstrates each move to reduce any chance of injury. Chris is extremely helpful in the gym along with meal prepping and explaining the best diet that will help me reach my fitness goal.
