Introduction: I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Kickboxing Instructor with 15 plus years experience with one-on-one, small and large group trainings. I offer hot Pilates, pro former Pilates, mini trampoline classes, strength training, 1:1 yoga, HIIT training , and much more. Nutrition is a huge part of my clients success therefore all my clients receive nutrition coaching in addition to their fitness programs. I offer vegan meal planning upon request. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to push their body and mind to the limit in order to get extreme results.

Christina is an amazing personal trainer and person! She has helped me stay focused and taught me how to live an active lifestyle. I had never been one who likes to workout. It was always boring or I never knew quite what to do.Once I met Christina, we started working out together daily,she got me hooked.We started out with P90X, and she worked with me every day and made sure I was doing everything properly and helped me modify difficult moves I was not yet ready for.We talk about nutrition and she always checked in on me to see how I was doing.I was so proud of myself once we finished the entire 90 day challenge! I can do things now I never thought were possible.I can say I LOVE working out and look forward to it. I have now moved on to other challenges and am excited to move forward in my new healthy active lifestyle.I will always be grateful I met Christina! She has helped me in so many ways.

A great atmosphere! Very friendly and light mood but with a feel determination in the air! I enjoyed working out with you! I could tell I was supported and you pushed me farther than I would ever try! You knew my strengths and weaknesses and worked with them.

Christina and I have worked 1:1 and I have been extremely satisfied with her training! She has trained me in both strength and cardio conditioning including: plyometrics, weights and core strengthening. Christina has also helped me to find the confidence in myself and push me to get the results I want. Christina is honest and will tell you what you need to hear to improve and get results, which is the thing I appreciate about her most as a trainer and friend. If you commit your mind and give it your all, Christina will be sure to get you the fitness results you are looking for. Thanks for being such an awesome trainer Christina!

At 33 yrs of age I had never stuck with any type of fitness program for longer than a week. Now here I am 5 months into my fitness routine and I accredit it all to Christina (although she'd tell me to give myself the credit). She is so encouraging, incredibly fun and undoubtedly hard core! I've never felt better or looked better. I highly reccomend Christina as a trainer or seek her out at one of the studios she teaches her classes at. You'll never have so much fun while getting your butt kicked.
