Introduction: I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Kickboxing Instructor with 15 plus years experience with one-on-one, small and large group trainings.
I offer hot Pilates, pro former Pilates, mini trampoline classes, strength training, 1:1 yoga, HIIT training , and much more. Nutrition is a huge part of my clients success therefore all my clients receive nutrition coaching in addition to their fitness programs. I offer vegan meal planning upon request.
