Daran & his assistant Jeff were great. Very patient with listening to my ideas and helped to tweak them into a reality. I received referrals to reasonable material vendors and was able to keep all on budget. The Guest Bath update received just what was needed giving me a useable bathroom while the Master Bath was under a complete renovation. The demolition of the Master Bath went well and the tile work has been receiving compliments from all who have had the opportunity to view it. Even down to picking paint colors (a chore not easily done) Daran's.eye in suggesting just the right shade was on the mark. Even when I wasn't sure, the "trust me' assurdiness left me with " OK" and the final co!or was right. I didn't experience the renovation horrors I expected and have been recommending Daran and Modern Renovations and Repairs to my neighbors and friends. Best compliment...I happly will use them again.

These guys replaced water softener, dry wall repairs, replaced a kitchen faucet and a bathroom sink stopper, replaced dimmer switch and repaired a ceiling fan.they were professional, courteous and the price was very reasonable. The best thing.... You never knew they were in my home they were so neat and left no residual debris behind... Excellent work boys. Scott

They ended up remodeling my entire house. From floors to ceilings. Literally! The entire kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms/living room. They pulled all of the flooring in the entire house, and laid all new flooring. Also they built me custom made cabinets.

Our normal hourly rate is dependant on the job we are doing. Rates vary from $50-60.

We like to meet with customers to get a better idea of exactly what they are needing done. We will discuss the project in detail before any estimates are given.
