Rather than responding to each item suffice it to say that the materials were picked by the client, thresholds were installed, the plans were reviewed by the City of Las Vegas and all the specifications were met, inspected and signed off by the city. The client did request additional outlets and they are double grounded medical wire. He was told that it would be an extra since it was not part of the original "approved electrical plans" and that it would be done after he received final inspections so that moving his practice would not be delayed and he would not lose any patient scheduling ability. After the last inspection the client was presented with the final bill. The response? I don't have the money. If I write you a check it would just bounce. You're a contractor you can take an $8,000 hit. Over the next 6 months emails were sent in an attempt to work with the client to schedule payments. Nothing worked until I had my attorney take over and we threatened court action and placing liens on the building. Within 3 weeks we received final payment. Tajo One completed their obligations to this client and has no intention of returning to this contentious environment to perform any additional services . The client was advised that any additional work not in the plans was an extra and he can have any electrician he likes contract to do the work. We wish him well in future endeavors.
