- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide upfront, transparent pricing for all tile, grout, and caulking repair jobs. Most small repairs are priced between $50–$250, depending on the size and complexity of the job. I don’t have hidden fees — the price I quote includes labor, and I’ll let you know in advance if any additional materials are required. I offer discounts for repeat clients or multiple small jobs scheduled together. My goal is to provide high-quality, professional work at a fair price so you know exactly what to expect before the job begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: Once you reach out, I’ll respond promptly to discuss your project, answer questions, and gather details about the area and type of repair. Assessment & Quote: I’ll review the job (sometimes with photos you provide) and give an upfront, transparent quote so there are no surprises. Scheduling: We’ll agree on a day and time that works for you. I schedule enough time to complete the work carefully and allow for travel between jobs. The Job: I arrive on time, prepared with the right tools and materials for the repair. I focus on precision, cleanliness, and quality workmanship. Completion & Follow-Up: After the job, I clean up the work area and make sure you’re satisfied. I’m happy to answer any questions and provide tips for maintaining the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of professional experience in the tile union (BAC local 13) as a Journeyman Finisher, where I specialized in finishing work, grout repair, and stone and tile restoration. During this time, I honed my skills in precision, detail work, and high-quality craftsmanship that most general contractors don’t provide. During that time, I worked both in commercial and residential environments. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, which has helped me develop strong organization and problem-solving skills, allowing me to manage projects efficiently and communicate clearly with clients.
