FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes as a matter of fact I do. As a working Hair Stylist in my own salon, I do a lot of continuing education courses through the local beauty distributors as well as the multiple hair conventions that come through Las Vegas annually as well. Additionally, I travel to LA quite frequently to take classes from many of the leaders in the Makeup Industry in order to make sure I'm on top of the latest techniques and trends for my clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a Hair or Makeup Stylist do not simply select someone based on their price. There are many "artists" who have taken a weekend course in Makeup or Hair and claim to be experienced professionals. Please check out your Artist before your big day; you only get one chance to make a first impression!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a Hair and Makeup Stylist I spend a great deal of time and money to continue my education and learn the latest trends and techniques for beautifying my clients. I work very hard at constantly updating my kit which is costly and I appreciate clients who value how hard I work and how much I love what I do.
