- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clear communication is key! I want to understand exactly what you expect so I appreciate when people can fully express that. When a customer comes to me with pictures of what they want and what they are starting with it helps with clear communication in many cases.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a strong family background in engineering and crafting before DIY was a thing. I started woodworking with my father at a young age and tackled my first solo project at 14 years old. I've worked in various disciplines of construction for over two decades since then.

I've worked for all types of customers and many different projects.
