- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I show up on time. I am always looking forward to meeting a new customer. I listen and try to save my customers money. I am clean and neat while working , with a high attention to detail. Experience helps and I have it! It's great when customers relax , let me fix or install the project, a happy customer = a job well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years commercial fishing in Alaska. Building and repairing boats. Building Cabins, owner builder spec houses in Utah Cedar city. Here in Las Vegas I started installing Plasma T.V.'s in early 2001 when they first came out. Music systems, large & small Home Theaters. Home remodeling, all aspects, electrical, plumbing, doors, bathroom & kitchen remodeling. Tile, laminate flooring. Remodeling ,repairing, installing here in Las Vegas for 16 years now.
