We are not the cheapest but definitely the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer giving a free estimate first. Even on the smallest job the key is to understand everybody's expectations and establish good communication. Everything flows from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught. I am ex-Army so doing several hundred windows for free was the best training ground.
