All the reviews you read about Ty are true. I had 4 jobs for Ty to complete. Ty showed up on time, went right to work and although we had a defective part, he continued with the other jobs while I went out got a replacement. Very professional and explained everything to me on what he was performing. Ty is a Professional Handyman and I will have him back to house for more projects in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Ty for any jobs around your home!!!

Ty repaired our door jamb which had been damaged. Before hiring him, I asked a few pros here some questions ranging from rather basic to in depth. Some gave me satisfactory answers to some questions but were indirect or outright avoided answering others. Ty in the other hand had fantastic communication throughout the process and directly answered all of them.
As with practically any other contractor I’ve ever hired, there are things that I could nitpick about. But he spent a good amount of time getting the work done. He is well trained, knowledgeable, and addressed any concerns I had before leaving.
I will update this review regarding how the work holds up over time and whether or not future issues are addressed. But for now, I’d be happy to call him again for future projects.

As a first time homeowner.. I was unsure how to get some areas of my home fixed. I was recommended Ty by one of my friends and I was impressed by his great work and his vast knowledge of handy-work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 show up fee, the fee will go towards the job if hired. 5% discount off labor if paying cash.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenter by trade, completed the apprenticeship program and worked with many General contractors and subcontractors working on jobsites all across Hawaii, Southern California, and Las Vegas.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Joined the Carpenter's Union in 2005, and worked construction and home renovation ever since.
