- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full-service company and will work with you, whatever your needs, and get the job done. We offer regular promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and informational phone call, which during we'll schedule an estimate where we'll walk-thru and take measurements. We haver great recommendations for purchasing flooring as well as design consultation. Once an agreement is made we will secure the materials and our start date. Managers are on site during the project and the final walk-thru.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the flooring Industry since 1995. Opened Idependent Tile in 2005. We have a lot of experience and know how to get things done right.
