FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any estimate I give a customer is always on the low end of the average cost of the same work being done in Las Vegas NV. 75% of the time there isn’t enough info on there profile to calculate an accurate estimate, that’s why I always request pics or set up a meeting at the property to look over the work and give an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I would like to go and see the job site and meet the customer face to face.. it's impossible to give an accurate estimate when you can't see what you are gonna work on and only know 1/3 of the essential information you're needing. At that point I figure out what the customer is looking to do. from their figure out materials timeframe it's going to take to lay or install the materials, when I can fit them in my schedule, and I also require half the money that's going to be paid to me up front and the remainder when I finish the job. of course I do everything legally, and there will be a paper trail for everything done also I take pictures of all my projects which the customer can have copies forwarded to them whenever they want. 1 last thing is I complete all my jobs and everyone is happy.. 😃
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had a life long stint of training. My whole family is in construction and everyone of them are involved in different trades.. I have been involved with them from the age of 4 yrs old, that's when I started chopping wood with an axe in Cleveland OH.
