They started sanding my floors without sealing the area and covered my entire house and everything in it in layers of dust. It took longer than projected and then they gave up on sanding it evenly and left huge splotches of unsanded floor. I told them I wanted it to match the lighter floors in my house and they said they could do that but when it came time to stain they couldn't even get it close. I ended up having to pay a different company to come in and cover it in carpet to hide the absolute disaster they left it in.
