- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price list is on my website but I do often run discounts during holidays. My session fee also includes set number of digital downloads. Additional edited images, flash drive, and prints are a additional price. No cancelation fees or any hidden fees in my contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone and set an appointment to meet or set a date if its a simple photoshoot. During the meeting we discuss what is the customer wants and needs. Once everything is set we will sign a contract stating all what was discussed on the day of the shoot. We meet at the location and start the photo session. Once the photoshoot is completed. It takes 5-10 business days to have the edited images ready for viewing. I will contact you with the private link of your images once completed. If ordering prints through me it can be 1 business day to have them. Prints can also be done through my website through a third party. If I personally print them; I prefer to hand deliver the images to make sure they do not get damaged but I can mail them to you; additional cost if out of state.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying photography since 2010. I have taken courses and workshops with professional portrait and wedding photographers. I also stay current with photography trends by connecting with pros at conventions or workshops. I also work with professionals around my area.
