- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two clients are alike! Every client, Home, office, or business has specific needs and requires extra attention; each client's price and scope of work must differ to fit their needs better. - Step 1: To provide an accurate quotation: A free visit with no obligations must be scheduled. For price structure, but also is helpful so my clients can meet my team of work and me. - Step 2: On the free visit, With the help of the potential client, we customize a scope of work to meet their specific needs. - Step 3: with the scope of work ready, I then structure pricing; within the next 2 hours. I sent my clients a WRITTEN QUOTATION and EXPENSES DESCRIPTION; (no hidden fees and no lies) - Step 4: if the price is agreed upon, we schedule a cleaning date; on the service day, all of my clients get impressed by the quality of my work and the unbelievable discounts I offer.

- I worked for 15 years as a regional manager for a restaurant cleaning company. - I was trained to manage a company and provide the best customer experience and service during those years.
