- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, then we edit for additional services such as windows, deep cleaning, over 4K sq. ft. etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling your service, the owner (Pam) will give you a quick phone call to make sure we're clear on any additional details about your home, your needs and what it will take for you to be completely thrilled in every way. The day before, we'll send you an email confirmation/reminder. When done, your cleaners post a geo-tagged photo of the finished product so our inspectors can double-check quality and assist as needed. Management is always accessible to clients and staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience. For us, service is sacred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a lifelong student, I am always looking to grow my skill set and develop myself and my staff to reach our highest potential. I founded the business in 1993, so we have an excellent track record, local reputation, and many, many satisfied customers.
