I hired Lani’s cleaning service last month on the 15th and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I contacted Lani, I got an immediate response. She was very friendly, and worked with my schedule to set up an appointment that suited me. Lani is the best, she cleaned for me February 10th, 2025! My apartment needed some DESPERATE last minute cleaning while I was away and she was able to get it into shape so nicely (with 0 judgement LOL). Super responsive, professional, and will be using her services again!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to get to know my customers so I can better suit their needs. For example a lot of my customers don't like to have harsh chemicals used within their home so I make sure that I have eco-friendly cleaning products that cater to their home's needs. Its important to me that my customers know their requests or being heard.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I've worked with lots of different people but my target audience is people who need a realizable house cleaner that gets the job done!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Customers should think about what extra services they want to be done within their homes other than the standard cleaning (e.g. Window cleaning is an add-on). They should think about how long some cleaning jobs will take and make sure they have the availability so I can do a thorough job that's not rushed.
