- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is either hourly or flat rate, pricing is based off of type of cleaning that’s needed. A $50 non-refundable deposit/ reschedule/ cancellation fee is required and due at time of booking and will go towards remaining balance of job. Due to the high demand of requests for my house cleaning services. My Hourly rate is $40, my flat rate varies per job request and size. Laundry only requests include $10 pick-up and delivery fee, wash and dry with folding is $15 a load. No rugs or jackets/coats, I service clothing and linens /bedding only. 1-3 day turn around on laundry orders depending on size of order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrive about 15 mins early to introduce myself and go over cleaning areas and find out if there are any cleaning duties that are a priority that visit, make priority duties my first to complete. Allow clients to know what Cleaning products and equipment are being used. Let clients know the average time spent in each room so client has an idea of what to expect :) then I get to work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with a cleaning company that trained how to be an efficient and effective house cleaner, time management, requirements and expectations . Always been a clean and organized individual, into learning about interior design and or organizing trends and learning through proven facts on how to create an organized environment Always staying informed on Cleaning products and cleaning equipment, open to trying natural ways of cleaning as well.
