- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on the square footage of your residence and the level of cleaning needed. The cleaning needs will be prioritized, and amount of time predetermined by homeowner. * For first time customers, we apply a 10% discount for seeking our business because it's much appreciated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer doing a free estimate at the customers residence to get an idea of what the job will consist of and the desires the customer looks forward to getting done. During the walk-through of the residence we create a checklist of the priorities and needs to help assist with our quote. When the checklist is created, our team will create a game plan to tackle those main priorities accordingly.
