- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are tailored based on the scope of the project. For Design Only, I offer a flat fee that typically ranges from $3K–$5K. For Full Service projects, I work with furnishing investments starting at $25K for primary spaces and $15K for smaller spaces. I always begin with a Hello Call to ensure alignment before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a 30-minute Hello Call where we discuss your space, goals and overall investment to make sure it’s the right fit. From there, we move into a consultation where we walk through your space and create a clear plan. Clients can then move forward with either Design Only or Full Service depending on their needs. After the consultation, clients can move forward in one of two ways. Design Only is ideal for those who want a clear plan for their space, including layout and furnishings, and prefer to handle purchasing and implementation themselves. Full Service is for clients who want everything handled from design through procurement, installation and final styling. During our initial call, we determine which approach is the best fit based on your project and overall investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from San José State University with my Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. I then went onto work with numerous interior design businesses and have been working in and around design for over 10 years.
