In fairness, we are only through the design phase, so this is a rating of my overall experience with Metrospace Design through the design and planning phase of the project (new home interiordesign). I will rate them again when the project is implemented and completed.
Thus far, working with Susan and Martin Heath has been a wonderful experience. They have been courteous, professional, and responsive to our needs, and the finished design product (physical space renderings, furnishings, fabrics, etc.) completely met and far exceeded our expectations. They listened to what we wanted and found a way to incorporate all those things, while truly capturing a clean, sleek, modern look we wanted in our new home. We can't wait till it comes to life in the next phase of the project!

I'm very impressed with their service overall, I did go through a lot of revisions and Susan was very patient with me, and when the furniture was delivered, there were also issues with the quality, and Susan worked with me to resolve those issues, I felt I made the right choice to go with them, and i'm totally in love with the look of my new home.

Metrospace Design was an excellent choice in transforming our Tuscan decorum to a contemporary interiordesign. The designer was responsiveness and patient with us as we wrestled with the look we wanted to achieve. The selection of fabrics for the furniture, draperies, rugs, etc. were very coordinated. The contracted supports to get the design completed were exceptional individuals. We are loving our home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to discuss our extremely competitive fee structure with our clients. We charge a flat fee based on the size and scope of the project, and offer discounted purchasing services for materials and furnishings. Often we will plan the entire space and then complete each room as the budget allows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting at the location to be designed and evaluate what will be needed at that time. We obtain a retainer to begin the design process, and complete the space planning and furniture layout on the computer. All of the items needed are selected and a comprehensive list is prepared with the pricing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every type imaginable, from first time apartment dwellers to retirees, and everything in between.
