- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These are aproximate prices , all jobs are different and there are various variables Please note * we always walk the job ( No Blind Bids) 1.We offer same day service for a $400 fee + bid 2 We have a minimum work order of $500.00 3.We ask for minimum 50% (deposit prior to start a job ) $25.00-$35.00 per hour $0.50 per square for anti-mold primer $0.80 per square ft-Production ( apartments- rentals )1 coat 1 color $1.25 re'-paint same color per sq.ft add. 50 for ceilings and walls $1.75 above 10 ft walls under 25 ft 2 coat application $150.00 price per accent wall after agreement has been reached + material If you have any question please email me or call me 24 hours a day 7 days a week , Thank you
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its always best to see the job in person , understanding all the customers needs,expectations and timeliness , and if needed I will assist in your color selection , we will paint a few samples in a couple of walls for you , to make determination.

Repair & Painting industry for the past 25 years 19 of those self employed , I have participated in in 5 star resort remodels throughout the country and Caribbean
