- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $35.00 an Hour. Unfortunately, If you live more than 30 minutes away from Dublin, in order to cover my expenses I either have to raise my rate or have more than a 1 hour session with you or with someone else nearby. I am willing to give discounts for group lessons on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by getting to know why my student wants to learn Japanese so I can better tailor our lessons to their specific needs in the language. Other than that, my students can name the place they wish to meet me at, and if it doesn't conflict with my schedule, they can name the time as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors in Japanese Language from San Francisco State University in January of 2012. Before this time I spent a year studying abroad in Japan at Temple University Japan Campus in Tokyo. More recently I have taken and passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Exam at level N2.
