I hired ALC Junk Removal, and they exceeded all my expectations. The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to handle everything I needed including a complete shed demolition. They called to confirm the appointment and showed up ready to work. The team was incredibly efficient, quickly tearing down the shed and loading up all the debris along with my other junk. They even took the time to do a thorough sweep of the area when they were done. If you need junk hauled away or have a more complex job like a demolition, ALC is the company to call. You're only allowed to choose 3 out of 5 but all 5 apply to the service received. Professional, responsiveness to text. Another business who wasn't available referred me to him and once they told me I said yes and ALC contacted me right away. I had a picture of my unit which helped him provide me a quote. He was available and on time. My items were cared for and properly loaded and unloaded. He also took the junk items. I recommend this gentleman for your moving or junk removal needs. He is friendly, personable and very quick. I appreciate the great service. I pray his business is successful. My neighbor rode with me and also commented how perfect everything went. My pricing is based on volume—how much space the junk takes up in the trailer. I offer free quotes, competitive rates, and no hidden fees. I also do my best to match or beat written quotes from competitors, and I offer discounts for repeat customers or larger jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for a description or photos of what needs to be removed. I provide a free quote, and once approved, we schedule a pickup time. I always arrive on time, do the job quickly and cleanly, and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience working in junk removal, cleanouts, and hauling in the Las Vegas area. I’ve learned how to safely handle heavy and bulky items, protect customer property, and dispose of all types of materials responsibly.
