Nakim was AWESOME! He responded to me quickly. He came early. He couldn't take it all in one trip and came back to finish when he said he would. I highly RECOMMEND him before calling anyone else his rates were reasonable. I called 5 other people who wanted $300 or up or just didn't show up... smh
