I contacted Joseph for my bathroom renovations, and I quickly discovered that he handles a wide range of services. He replaced a window, installed flooring throughout the entire house, completed interior painting, and designed an entertainment wall. Joseph is down-to-earth and easy to work with, and his pricing is reasonable. He takes the time to understand your preferences and does his best to find options that match what you want. Additionally, he is responsive in his communication. With any construction or renovation project, it’s important to be patient. Don’t rush the process; there will be times when people arrive at inconvenient times. Keep your focus on the end goal: your beautiful renovation! I highly recommend Joseph and his company.

I'm absolutely blown away by the incredible job Yam Construction did on my kitchen and bathroom renovations. From the first phone call I made for quote until the final results, Joseph and his team were a pleasure to work with. They listened to my ideas, offered expert advice, and brought my vision to life. That’s all I wished for. The quality of their work is top-notch, and their prices are super competitive. I did my research. But what really impressed me was their professionalism and attention to detail. For example, their attention to detail in the tile work was impressive and the way they managed the project timeline was impressive too! You can see how much they want to succeed in their business and be first in their field. I was stressed by the idea of renovating my home , but Joseph and his team made the process surprisingly smooth. I couldn't be happier with the final result.
