DoubleF showed up and did the job of tree branch removal. I was worried that he used a car and not a pickup truck to remove all the branches. I felt bad about the situation therefore did not ask him to take away to largest of branches - something I was able to cut down to size on my own. Furthermore, DoubleF didn't respond or reply as quickly as I would have liked, which left me uneasy. I was worried that I was going to be stood-up. (I've been stood-up before by prior contractors.). Overall...4-stars due to value and Professionalism.
