I contacted Edgar after reading prior reviews on Thumbtack. After describing the service I was looking for, Edgar responded “Same Day” (And it was on the weekend). Once arrived, Edgar was knowledgeable, friendly and fair in his pricing. We set a date/time for the service to be completed. Edgar and his father arrived in a timely manner. The job has completed and Edgar went over step by step what was completed, making sure I was satisfied. Ps. Edgar noticed an additional repair that was needed. Outstanding service…! When I was originally seeking service I was looking only for a one time service. However, Edgar responded to my request immediately with a scheduled in person appointment for an estimate (not just sending pictures for the job), they showed up at the scheduled time and gave a fair estimate for the job. We scheduled for the next day, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The finished job is AWESOME, like a new yard…! Edgar took his time to explain everything in detail regarding the upkeep of the yard including a watering schedule. I was so please with their service, I had to hire them for a regular service. Thank you..!
