We set a date/time for the service to be completed. Edgar and his father arrived in a timely manner. The job has completed and Edgar went over step by step what was completed, making sure I was satisfied.
Ps. Edgar noticed an additional repair that was needed. He took the time to explain what parts were needed for the repair.
