I own a local printing company in Las Vegas Nevada. I have worked with Amanda Roberts for about 5 years. Amanda and her staff have helped our business with collection of accounts receivable past dues. Amanda and her staff first send out demand letters requesting payment, if the client does not pay then we take it to the next level. Depending on the amount of money owed dictates which court we sue in. Amanda and her staff have been real successful in settling with the client in most cases. The process takes several months no one seems to want to pay what is owed. Amanda has been very good with helping make sure we paid when an agreement is set in place.
So far for us our success rate for collecting has been good. Demand letters go out within days of asking for them and many have gone out the same day. My accounts receivables list is much shorter and I am writing off less of them thanks to her help.

Amanda Roberts and her whole team are simply THE BEST! I first met with her for a free consultation. During that initial meeting she discovered that the agreement my ex wanted me to sign was skewed entirely in her favor. Amanda not only pointed it out, but she typed up a response for me, not knowing if I would retain her as my attorney. I did decide to retain her, and I ended up settling for more than twice what I originally thought I would get.
Amanda is very thorough, has an amazing memory and a calm, authoritative manner in the court room. Even though the other attorney was louder and more aggressive in the court room, Amanda kept her cool and got what we needed from the Judge.
Her right-hand ladies, Hollie and Colleen are also terrific and very professional. Mine was a 21-month ordeal, but in the end I was extremely satisfied with the settlement, and, just as important, my bill. I would recommend Amanda to anyone who wants outstanding representation at a fair cost.

I had a great experience with the Roberts Stoffel Family Law Group. Amanda Roberts was my attorney. I wish I would have had her for my divorce. She assisted me with gaining sole custody of my daughter after my ex-husband spiraled out of control. She also helped me with getting my affairs in order. She assisted me with a power of attorney, living directive, and will in case anything every happened to me. You will not find a better, more caring attorney than Amanda Roberts!!
