Joe actually got the time wrong for the appointment so I did not not show. I actually ended up waiting for him to turn up for the agreed time so I lost half a days work on this occasion.

Pricing is either an agreed hourly rate or a set rate that is agreed for the entire project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial meeting I like to get a grasp on exactly what the expectations are of the client and how they plan to use designs for company or product specific marketing items in the future so that I can get a better idea of how to plan workflow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design and over 25 years industry experience
