Really glad I found Sam with Breathe Easy to help me remediate a mold issue in a property. He gave me so much information upfront and didn't try to sell me or scare me about buying a home with a minor mold issue. His prices were extremely reasonable! He even said his work was guaranteed and made sure to do a lab test to make sure the mold was gone. Highly recommend!

I used Breathe Easy last August when I had water damage in my Condo and had to have it remediated. My building recommended another company, but after using them for a few projects in my unit and those of 2 units below me which were damaged as a result. I couldn't stand the damage they were willing to do to find the remaining leaks. It almost felt like they were more interested in getting the reconstruction work that was sure to follow... plus they were constantly upselling on the scope of the work.So because I couldn't stand working with them, I started looking for other remediation firms on Yelp, etc and eventualIy found Breathe Easy. When I met the owner Sam Cole we immediately hit it off. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took an interest in my concerns.He didn't sugar coat anything, told me what he had to do by law, but he was willing to minimize the destruction where the could, and he kept his word.He also explained the proprietary process he uses to kill mold.So I decided to work with him. All in all it took several visits to tear things out and dispose of them. He mostly stuck to his schedule, but when he needed to make a change, he called.Same if I was out while he worked.Unlike other mold remediation companies, Sam does not overpromise, then underdeliver and he does not try to upsell.My project took about 3 weeks. Tear out stuff, kill mold, test the air, send the sample, get the result, then repeat.During that time I found Sam reliable, trustworthy, and great to be around. He's a family man, a fireman and he does very good work at a fair price. All in all I'm very glad I called Breathe Easy.

Great service! Sam really was able to remove just about all the musty and cigarette smoke smell from my house. By adding some post air samples, I have peace of mind knowing what he did in fact removed all the harmful particles in my houses air. The service was fast and easy.
