She went above and beyond what was expected of her. She wasn't clear about what I needed done, but she was very patient and understanding with the experience, and learned very quickly. She was focused and paid attention to every step. She made a run for me to print the paper work, even though she brought her young children with her and they were well mannered, and she did not let them distract her from the business at hand. She witnessed the document and with her children was on their way. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism. I appreciated that because it was definitely a first time for me. I will call her first next time.
