- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to all Veterans and Active Duty military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a new customer is interested in my services, I’ll need the following: * Name and/or description of the document you need Notarized * The type of Notarization that you need (Acknowledgement, Jurat, etc.) * Number of signers * Number of signatures * Location that the Notarization will take place * Valid Identification of all signers That way I can give an accurate quote for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the National Notary Association's course for General Notary work. I've also completed the National Notary Association's Loan Signing course to become a Notary Signing Agent. I'm also a Loan Signing System (LSS) Certified Agent.
