- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system. I will not nickel and dime you to death. I like to do one all inclusive price with tax! We are an old fashioned company, who likes to work for their gratuity and not just tack it on! I work extremely well with budgets!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! Chef JB Brown, A.A.C. is in the Honors Society of the American Culinary Federation, with over 50 years of experience. He sits on the accreditation foundation for the American Culinary Federation Educational Institute, giving accreditations to all secondary Chef Schools, such as Le Cordon Bleu and Art Culinaire School.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for the culinary arts with a servant heart! And I love people!
