Although my culinary experience is fine dining, i love cooking modern casual cuisines as well comfort food.

I'm very happy and excited with my cooking class with Chef Sunny Jang,we just had our first session, and it was a very good experience getting to know her and all the different cooking styles that she can teach me ,I like that she answer all my questions, she inspected my kitchen and made a list of everything that I need to get for my next session

Chef Jang was absolutely AMAZING! We made a pretty last-minute request for her to set up a private dinner anniversary celebration, and she went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, including printing out an anniversary dinner menu. Her cooking was out of this world, and she even accommodated my dietary restrictions by swapping out some ingredients. Beyond that, she is very friendly (and funny) and we enjoyed our tableside convos. I've told anyone who would listen how amazing she is and I know we'd definitely hire her again!

I've eaten at Michelin Star restaurants and highly acclaimed hole in the walls and I feel I have the palette and experience to make this claim: Chef Jang is a top 10 chef in Las Vegas.
My family is lucky enough to have her cook for us a few times a week. She works with our dietary restrictions and listens to what kind of cuisine we want for each meal. Every week she curates a menu for us based around what proteins we want for each meal allowing us to enjoy endless variety.
We have also been able to enjoy Chef Jang's cuisine for an event during the holiday, where she easily executed an unforgettable 4 course buffet dinner for 20 of my family members. Chef and her partner arrived on time, entertained guests that wanted to chat, cleaned extremely efficiently and were in and out of the house in hours.
The main issue with most chefs is their food and cooking style becomes predictable - I promise that isn't the case with Chef Jang and that you'll have that surprised, ecstatic feeling in every bite.

Amazing experience! We hired Chef Sunny for our private dinner event and she exceeded our expectations. Her Korean inspired cuisines were delcious, unique and beautiful. The way she presented and explained each of her dish showed that she came from a fine dining background and made our experience that much more delightful. She had a bright personality and was very professional at the same time. I would highly recommend Chef Sunny to anyone who wants a fine dining experience right at home!!

It has been wonderful having Chef Sunny cook for me and my family. She makes delicious meals, especially Korean and French inspired cuisine. She is extremely attentive and courteous. Not only does she pay attention to details, but will also listen to what you like and dislike. I never have to worry about her level of professionalism. She is responsive, detail oriented, and has a great working attitude. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work.
