- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all injury cases, I do not bill my clients up front but charge a contingency fee only when we win your case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to meet with each new client and go over everything relevant to the case. Then I dig in and start getting results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Juris Doctor degree from the highly regarded J. Reuben Clark Law School and then immediately began representing injured people in the Las Vegas community. I am a member of the Nevada Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. After law school, I learned all the ins and outs of prosecuting injury claims and lawsuits as a litigation attorney at a large Las Vegas injury firm. Now I run a firm that focuses specifically on injury cases and getting the best results for my clients, fast. I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was voted by Legal Elite: Best Up and Coming Attorney 2017 by my fellow Nevada attorneys. My law partner, Christopher Beckstrom, was awarded the high honor of Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40. My law firm received an Excellent rating from Avvo as a featured attorney for car accidents and the 2016 Avvo Client's Choice Award.
