What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all injury cases, I do not bill my clients up front but charge a contingency fee only when we win your case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to meet with each new client and go over everything relevant to the case. Then I dig in and start getting results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Juris Doctor degree from the highly regarded J. Reuben Clark Law School and then immediately began representing injured people in the Las Vegas community. I am a member of the Nevada Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
After law school, I learned all the ins and outs of prosecuting injury claims and lawsuits as a litigation attorney at a large Las Vegas injury firm. Now I run a firm that focuses specifically on injury cases and getting the best results for my clients, fast.
I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and was voted by Legal Elite: Best Up and Coming Attorney 2017 by my fellow Nevada attorneys. My law partner, Christopher Beckstrom, was awarded the high honor of Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40.
