- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing. Initial visit prepaid credit card charge of $40.00 for on property estimate for home organizing. Fees are $40.00 per hour for 2 team members. 5 hour minimum. 1 day = $200.00 This is for organizing and cleaning full houses move in or move out. Additional fee Windows, ovens and heavy jobs add $10.00 per hour. TBD Window washing only $2 per side per window $1 per regular screen $3 per solar screen 2 story homes NO Blind cleaning We pride ourselves in excellence. We use our own cleaning products and tools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
General work can be scheduled through Thumbtack communication. Determining the customers needs and estimating cost and setting up appointments should be done via the phone as a $25.00 cc deposit is required to set up service. We then travel to your address and begin! We accept major credit cards and cash no checks. You will receive a receipt for services performed. We take great pride in our work and have a high standard of excellence. However we put no guarantees when cleaning badly stained or damaged objects.
