I was feeling sluggish.. could’ve been my poor diet or my lack of activity/exercise, or the combination of both.. but I’m only one week in and I already feel GREAT! Between the easy to follow meal plans, the customized workouts, and Jules (my awesome trainer) I’m feeling better by the day!!!! Being a mother of three can be really draining, and I was feeling like I was failing them by feeding them fast food on the regular. Not having enough time to dedicate to them. I’d blame it on not having “enough time.” When really all it was, was lack of energy. On Day 4, I all of a sudden, had “more time” to make dinner and put two loads of laundry in between serving them, and cleaning up of rewards. What can say the ENERGY (AKA “time”) all of a sudden came back to me!! I can’t wait to see what the future looks like for me!!!

The last 6 weeks have changed my life! When I came to Jules it was a last effort for me before having gastric bypass surgery . I couldn’t do a single push up or lunge. Now I run 2 miles daily, can lift as well as do modified push ups and I’m the lunge queen! In 6 weeks I’m down 15 pounds and almost as many inches including 4 on my WAIST. I’m 1/2 way done with her diamond program but I’m not stopping until I get to my goal ! Without Jules Ann support and meal plan I wouldn’t be able to do this !!!! If you are at the end of your rope and really need a plan that works - no crash diet no crazy 5 hours of cardio a day this is the plan for you !! 6 meals a day, yes we get carbs, yes we get veggies and fruit and real meat !!! Do the consultation you have nothing to loose .... except those extra pounds !!! Thanks again Jules !!! You are stuck with me for a while girl !!!
