- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, meeting each other so we understand each others personalities. Second, discussing the specific goals and how to achieve them in a respectable & reasonable time frame. Third, discuss the scheduling and what work's best to fit the clients goal, and time frame to accomplish the goal. Fourth, we get to work and have fun along the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a chiropractor of 16 years, I understand movement and functional patterns, this helps me identify areas of decreased strength that need focus. I can also provide onsite feedback to any muscle issue currently happening during a training session. With my experience as an triathlete, ultra-runner, weight lifter, fitness-running-triathlete coach, I understand the different aspects in which clients learn and offer a variety of ways to explain or demonstrate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being a chiropractor lead many patients to asking if I knew a personal trainer or fitness coach, often times, asking if I would train them. This opened a great opportunity to help others in different ways to achieve there personal best.
