Kevin is Top notch.We called several phone repair stores in hopes of getting my wifes phone screen replaced as it had quit working entirely.Multiple places didnt have the screen on hand and it wouldve taken until next week.We called Paragon geeks and 45 mins later we were in for an appointment. It took Kevin all of about 15 minutes to replace the screen entirely including removal and completion.After he finished the price reflected differently than what we had been quoted, fortunately they record the phone calls so they were able to go back and listen and see that indeed they had quoted me $200. They honored the original price given even though the part cost was significantly more $279.As long as they are in business, I will absolutely go out of my way to bring all future phones that need to be repaired here.10/10 would recommend!Excellent turn around, excellent honor, excellent communication, and excellent service.What more could you ask for from a small business?Top Notch!!! Thank you!!!!! You guys quite literally saved our trip.

I normally don't write reviews on companies, but these guys deserve one. A great one. They helped me out in under 24 hour notice. Took care of me in about 15 minutes. Phone is completely fixed!! Especially after a really bad day!!! Definitely would recommend
