At the time I was 28 years old and in excellent shape with no injuries or chronic pain to speak of. Out of nowhere one day my back started hurting and I couldn’t pinpoint why. I didn’t get hurt playing basketball or at the gym and figured that I would recover in three to five days. The pain never went away and only got worse. After a few months, I couldn’t drive for more than a few minutes or even sit down for more than a few minutes. It hurt to even get dressed in the morning to the point where it was a struggle. This is not supposed to happen to a 28 year old. I went to physical therapy and the chiropractor and they helped but the results wouldn’t last long and I felt that I wasn’t receiving any value for their prices. I was told by a friend about Sean Freitas and flew from Seattle to Las Vegas to receive treatment from him. Yes, the pain was that bad that I flew in from Seattle. It was apparent from the moment I met Sean he was the most passionate person in the fitness industry I had ever met. He was very enthusiastic and was honored that I flew from so far to meet him. Once we started, He had me stand straight and noticed immediately that my hips were not in alignment and this caused problems in my ankles. I thought great my ankles too. He explained how the body is connected and if you have neck problems and the problems do not have to cause any pain but they throw off everything in the body. This can also work from the feet up as well. Once on the treatment table, he applied this heated cream to my hamstrings and started to get all the scar tissue off them. This was 10 minutes of hard work on each leg getting this scar tissue out and while doing this, he was giving me advice on how to stay healthy. He said “too many people concentrate on getting big muscles but forget that stretching is just as, or more important than the dumbbells.” He told me to get off the table and to bend down and touch my toes. After 20 minutes, I could do this for the first time not just since my injury, but for the first time in years. I was ecstatic and was happy for the first time in 6 months. Sean told me to get back on the table and started using specialized movements on loosening up my hips and ankles. After 40 minutes more of hard intense work on me, he said we were finished. He again told me to touch my toes, and I could do so even easier than the first time. I felt loose and had that bounce back in my step and felt 5 years younger. What I found most impressive about Sean was that he generally cared about my wellbeing. He told me that his goal ultimately for each of his patients is that they do not need to come back once their treatment program is finished. I was happy to hear this after spending so much time with the chiropractor knowing that he knows he can’t fix the problem and still charging 40 dollars for 2 minutes of work. I only wish I lived closer to Las Vegas so I could continue seeing Sean for therapy. He has made my life better and I can finally smile after 6 months of hell. I appreciate Sean for all his stretching advice I could do on my own and can’t wait for the next visit to Las Vegas

As a full time tennis pro of over 20 years with several debilitating injuries I am very experienced with bodywork of all kinds. I've been exposed to Rolfers, ART (Active Release Therapy) therapists, deep tissue massage therapists, chiropractors and just about everything else you can imagine. I can say without question that Joclyn's methodology is unique amongst all other types that I've been exposed to. Joclyn has an intuitive sense for detecting problems in your body and going right to the source. She gets down to business and does everything possible to give you relief. Her service is not for the faint at heart, meaning it won't be the most comfortable experience you ever have, but the results will follow and you will feel much better the next day. I can't recommend her enough.
