- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we listen to our clients and understand their goals, and agree on a price. Then we draft a contract with the scope of work and send it over for signing electronically and can be signed on your computer/smartphone. Then depending on when the time of the shoot we will require a deposit to lock in your day and time. At the time of the shoot we will arrive earlier to go over the shoot and make sure we are 100% aware of requests and address each and every single one of them. After the shoot, we will preview the photos and when satisfied, we will send or transfer all photos to your USB in exchange for the final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is specialized in Photography, Web Design, Graphic Design, Brand Development, Conversion Optimization (Optie™), Custom Programming, Audio & Edit. The individuals that cater to each of these fields have an ongoing experience with full-time clients who require specific turnaround times. As a corporate local team we've hand-picked our members, expecting no less than 4 years of industry-related experience and exceptional skills.
