What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we typically work with smaller business our pricing is extremely affordable in comparison to the other agencies. Pricing is determined by the deliverables, length of the project and type of services you need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a quick introductory call to discuss the project in detail and hear what your goals are in terms of public relations. Then from there I put together a proposal and if it's something you wish to move forward with, we proceed with the on-boarding process. Clients receive a roadmap outlining our PR strategy within 5 business days and bi-weekly reports of our outreach and any feedback we've received.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the PR industry for over 23 years. I started my career in-house with BCBGMAXAZRIA Group for 13 years then went to work for various high profile agencies including Style PR, Infiniti Creative, and Michele Marie PR.
