- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are very simple. We charge 8 - 10% of the gross rent collected or $75/month (whichever is greater). A $250 initial setup eee (one-time only), $400 marketing fee (per vacancy), and $100 lease renewal fee (when a new lease is negotiated with an existing tenant.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. As real estate agents and property managers we are required to complete continuing education courses on a regular basis. As the housing market changes, it is to our advantage to increase knowledge for our clients.
