- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the gross monthly rent we charge a flat fee of $55 dollars a month or a percentage (7 to 8 percent).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out about their current situation ie....whether they are managing the property themselves or are using a property manager and then we find out what the issues might be and work with them to solve those issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real estate license, state of Nevada. Property management permit, state of Nevada.
