- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are looking for a company to manage your residential property, you have found the perfect one! All of our fees are explained in detail at your free consultation. Do not live in Nevada but have a property here you need managed? Not a problem! We manage properties for many international customers! We are more than happy to conduct your free consultation over the phone!

All of our agents stay on top of their continued education courses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We assist in all aspects of Real Estate and Property Management transactions. For Property Management: Not only do we collect the rent for you but we do quarterly inspections on your property to insure it is being cared for. We do extensive tenant background screening. If there is a need for an eviction to take place we take care of all paperwork and court appearances for you. For Real Estate: We can help you find the perfect home or help you sell the one you have.
