- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing set as a % of monthly rent plus specific fees. Specific pricing depends on your situation (do you want full management, lease-only, maintenance-only, vacant property management, etc.). Please set up a free info session to learn more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Info Session: 15-30 minute call to share your situation and learn about our PM offering and how we might be able to help you manage your investment 2) Property Evaluation: ~60 minute on-site walk through of the property, we will provide a rental analysis w/ recent market comps, discuss what may be needed to make the property 'rent-ready', and ensure that we are a good fit to work together long-term - If we move forward w/ a standard full-service management agreement: 3) Sign a Property Management Agreement 4) Ensure property is 'rent-ready' 5) Take photos, market, and list the property for lease 6) Screen and qualify potential residents (renters) 7) Provide ongoing management of the property; examples being: maintenance coordination, resident support, collecting rent, dispersing owner draws, preventative maintenance, property inspections, etc. *some services may incur additional fees that would be agreed upon in advance of signing property management agreement*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Per Nevada statue I have my NV real estate license as a Broker/Salesperson as well as my Property Management permit.
