The first conversation we have with a new customer centers around their goals and objectives. Next, we review the overall process of buying and/or selling a home and our program to reach their goals. The third step is to review the current market conditions and requirements as it relates to their situation. And, finally, we review the paperwork and documentation so the new customer understands their responsibilities, legal requirements, and our responsibilities.
