Our property was a very difficult sale due to location, floor plan, etc. To complicate the matter, we lived in Denver. Bob was great about keeping us updated on showings, etc. He was also knowledgeable about comps in the area and advising us price; keeping the same, lowering, etc. Most of all I really appreciated how he stuck with us for over a year in trying to get this property sold!
